Normand St-Vincent is a fluently bilingual management development consultant dedicated to building and delivering customer-driven, organizationally focused business solutions in the areas of leadership training and development, change management and quality improvement.
Normand has more than twenty-five years of experience as facilitator, trainer and consultant – working both within large international companies and as a training and development consultant. He has gained invaluable management experience as a senior HR and Training Specialist having worked in North America, Europe and Asia.
Normand has consulted with companies operating in the consumer goods, manufacturing, health care, cosmetics and professional service industries, and has trained trainers internationally as well. Normand also has experience in the areas of organizational competency modeling, 360 degree assessment interventions and management planning.
