The course provides a teaching experience to enable the development of competencies and the confidence needed to identify our strengths and weaknesses when we have to teach others. This two-day workshop explains the application of a training programme, advocates flexibility and outlines the most up-to-date training techniques. In particular, we emphasize the evolution of a teacher who must fill the role of boss, evaluator, judge and critic, up to the adult educator, facilitator, ‘cheerleader’, advocate and trainer.
